Return and Refund Policy

We offer returns within 7 days after the product is received, in accordance with applicable laws, in cases involving defective products, damaged items, or products that differ from the original order.

To request a return, the customer must contact our support team and provide the order number along with the reason for the request. After the return is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within up to 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Returned products must be in appropriate condition, preferably in their original packaging.
